DSS Finally Obeys Court Orders, Releases Omoyele Sowore


The Department of States Services has finally released pro-democracy activist, Omoyele Sowore.

 The service obeyed the court order of the Federal High Court sitting in Abuja which directed it to release the activist within 24 hours.

His Publishing outfit, Sahara Reporters said the activist regained his Freedom on Thursday evening, December 5, 2019.

Sowore has been in the custody of the DSS since August. The service arrested him for calling for #RevolutionNow Protest. He was however charged for treasonable felony.
