Nigeria is Finished, Kemi Olunloyo Says After Supreme Court Sacks Imo State Governor

Controversial ex-journalist, Kemi Olunloyo has shown sympathy towards the people of Imo State for the alleged hardship that is coming to them following the loss Emeka Ihedioha suffered at the Supreme Court on Tuesday.

Emeka Ihedioha is now the ex-governor of Imo state after the Supreme Court declared Hope Uzodinma winner of the March 2019 governorship election.

While reacting to the apex court's judgment, Kemi said the country is "finished".

In an Instagram post she shared on Wednesday, she claimed to have witnessed bribery among lawyers and judges in Port Harcourt.

Kemi Olunloyo added that "money powers Nigerian courtrooms and the NBA (Nigeria Bar Association) is the most corrupt in the world as we have no jury in Nigeria”, she alleged. “Now the Supreme Court of Nigeria has made someone who came 4th in a governors race where a Journalist won the New Governor".

The media personality, Kemi Olunloyo wondered why the Ist or 2nd runner up was not appointed as governor instead of jumping to the 4th position.

As at the time of publishing this report, she has deleted the post from her Instagram page. However, LoudViews has it before she did.

Is Kemi Olunloyo back to journalism? About a month back, she claimed that she had quit journalism and embraced evangelism. Is interfering with politics and government not a form of journalism?
